Water, Water, Water... Shots

When the day is hot, isn't it just lovely and relaxing to be near water and feel cool just by looking them flowing?

It was  a hot day when I was at Lake Garden last weekend, so I decided to chill out by taking photos of the "mini waterfalls" there, practising  using the manual mode of my Sony NEX-5 camera.
Hmmm... Looking at these photos made me wish I can go away and spend a few hours at a real waterfall. Maybe I should head back to my hometown for that, soon. ;-)

  1. Waaa...
nice shoot Lina. Do you need to change the setting of the camera for this picture? or is it just point and shoot?

  2. @zezebel,
No, not just point & shoot. I was practising using the manual mode - the photos wouldn't come any good if I didn't twiddle with the settings.

  14. @foong,
I'd love to see the waterfall in Kenyir one day! :)

I kinda not liking the Auto mode of my camera, even my old point & shoot one, that's why I am so excited to have better control of the photos I take. ;)
