Start Of The Day

I don't normally have a big breakfast on weekdays, but I'll opt for a heavy breakfast on weekends with Hubby and Son. I'm guilty of having roti canai and teh tarik after my morning jog in the weekend. ^-^!

How do you normally start your day?
At the moment, my weekday breakfast would be a sip of water when I wake up. Then when I arrived to work, I down a glass of warm water first, followed by a cup of oat with honey and then a cup of Neslo (Milo & Nescafe mixed together). And yes, how I drink the three glasses are in the order I mentioned. XD

Though I have been guilty of indulging eating hotcakes at McD because of their free Big Breakfast vouchers recently. Huhuhu

But definitely no more Nasi Lemak for breakfast at the moment. ^^

  6. Interesting combination but isn't the oat+honey quite filling on its own?

As for me, weekday b'fast is not even in my agenda. I have just enough time to beat the jam and get to work but on weekends I love roti canai!

I used to love the McD hotcakes but now I've resorted to making my own Pillsbury pancakes. LOL

My oat? I just mix a spoonful of instant oat with hot water & honey in my mug. Ample enough to last till 12.00pm. ^^

I'm usually really early arriving to office (it being walking distance to my FIL house helps) so I do get to enjoy a leisurely morning brekkie on weekdays.

Mmmmm... can I have some of your pancakes? ;p

  20. @Alice,
But those bread are much better than preservative-laden store bought bread.

I can't bake, but I love bread and cake. Any chance to "rasa" your cake on of these days or not. ^^

  31. I usually start my day with a breakfast (in the US) of orange juice , yogurt, and oatmeal or cereal. But in the Phils., it's a complete breakfast of rice and some other viand. Then after breakfast, I read my devotionals, pray and worship, then I go online.
