Your Ideal Breakfast

What's your ideal breakfast?
A bowl of cereal and some juice?
Or something heavier but healthy?
Or something totally sinful and calorie laden like these?

For me, I can't last long with eating just cereal for breakfast (and I can't take milk so early in the morning either). I need something more substantial but at the moment I just stick with a banana or two and a boiled egg for breakfast, washed down with a cup of Neslo and a cup of plain warm water.

  1. Wow! What a wide range of fulfilling options! I have a quick one, and I like it, a cup of coffee with cream and sugar and a piece of sweet (bisc, pie, cake, anything sweet)...

  2. I have this bad habit of not taking breakfast but if I do, it'll probably be something sinfully unhealthy which will need me to add an extra KM or two on my runs ... hehehe!

  5. When I'm not greedy I would go for the healthy-heavier kind but once the greediness kicks in, it's sinful-and-calorie-laden all the way :)

Sometimes I eat chocolates for breakfast!
