From Taiping Pigi London?

Last month, we went Cuti-Cuti Malaysia to Taiping,
then we made a stop at Kuala Kangsar
Then somehow,we arrived at London? Whoah! Hail the Queen!
I don't need to fly to London to use the iconic red telephone booth! Wakaka

Anyway, on the running front - after three races : two road and one trail in September; I am looking forward to my next one in less than three weeks' time. It's a night run and in Putrajaya.
Putrajaya Night Marathon - here I come!

After this run, I have CICM Responsible Care run on Nov 4th, then maybe a 10K run while the boys do a 5km walk in World Diabetes 5K Walkathon & 10K Fun Run the week after CICM. Then for Dec, maybe Newton 25K Challenge. We'll see how it goes yeah?

Comments

  1. The wife and me actually wanted to do the CICM as a repeat run since we ran it last year but it clashes with my Malakoff Powerman Asian Duathlon championship run ... Definitely doing the Newton Challenge again this year!

  11. lina, I actually will prefer night run than day run. Not so hot and I do not need to wake up so early. How I wish Taiping has a night run?

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. For me, it's the opposite.

Night run is really draining for me. The air is not as fresh. It's at night so I will have done a lot of things during the day and may be tired as opposed to morning runs, where I run first and then only settle my weekend chores.

But yeah, no need to wake up early for night runs. ;p

      Delete
    2. Night run is the best and I enjoyed the Putrajaya Run. So cool air and nice view at night with the lights on the buildings and bridges.

      Delete
    3. Running at night in Putrajaya can be nice but warm for me!

Sure sweat bucket loads. But for Putrajaya, better night than day because when it is siang hari, Putrajaya is too damn hot, right TM.

I like Bukit Tunku area in the morning. 8am still cool and quiet. ^^ But damn those hills! wakaka

    4. I think you joined the later runs. I ran during their second year and it was after rain, so it was cool and windy until I shivered. Sure bulu Roma pubic naik.
