Saturday Morning Stuff

It's 11.00am when I write this post. The whole family been up since 6.00am, just because of dear Mommy. hehehe

First order of business, a jog around Lake Garden with the rest of those attending the My First Run Clinic session. Yup, Raimie ran.  Slower than the previous session and grumpier to boot but he got it done! ^^

Then we listened to the guest speaker's talk - Mr Mark Williams who is also the defending champion of Men Veteran category of 2012 MPIB Run.
Everyone listened attentively as Mr Williams talked about hill training, intervals and tempo runs. Good stuff. More nuggets from him in two weeks' time. Drop by Lake Garden every Saturday at 7.30am if you wanna join My First Run Clinic. Everyone is welcomed and its FREE!
Mommy isn't all slavemaster and no fun, you know. A treat for the boy for breakfast. Cornish pasties was from Hiestand Swiss Bakery. Loooooooooooove Hiestand and their stuff. <3 p="p">

Then, a spot of shopping for charity.  Go and buy some t-shirts, if you can and support the efforts to raise funds for cancer research in Malaysia, folks. More info about Terry Fox Run in KL at their FB page.

psstt... any recommendation on any hotel in Penang that probably still have room available on 17 Nov weekend? I've booked Cititel, just in case but any other suggestions?
