Dinner

For me lately, ranges from :

Light dinner on the days that I want to do some runs... Just bread and maybe butter. No filling. Meat or animal protein made me feel heavy so I avoid it when I'm running. Though, if I'm feeling peckish after a run, I'd have a sunny side up egg with a slice of bread. Nope. No Massimo, Gardenia or Hi-Five variety for me.

Like Millie always said - I should try and make my own bread....

Both my boys are pretty OK with eating bread for dinner too, but of course they have a more filling dinner than I do.

On the days I cross train or rest :
Ayam goreng Mamak style and Nasi Lemak. Very unhealthy! LOL
Or once in a while, this.

Life's too short to worry to much.

Like anything else in this world, moderation is key. Be moderate and live a balance life. ^^

    3. Either I take rice for dinner or I don't eat at all! Go to sleep with a glass of milk and that's it~~ Eventually my tummy surely rebels and makes me sick! Hah!

    4. Things that are not good for us are always the best! LOL

I definitely cannot sleep on an empty stomach. There would be too much acid for me to get proper sleep but I don't take heavy dinner either. :-D

Bread only for breakfast? No wor,Yvonne. Orang putih has bread on their table for their meal all the time what. :-P

I have friends who cut out rice from their daily diet...tapi lauk-pauk ambik yang banyak & berminyak jugak.
I knew some who went on crash diets...hilang 10kg cepat je tapi gained it all back, cepat jugak.
I'm glad that we workout regularly not because it's a 'license' for us to eat...but because we know that we have to eat balanced meals in order to keep our strength in check. Sebab kita pun ada goal masing2 kan if you know what I mean hehehee
