My Tuesday Is

If you haven't notice, I've somehow started a daily post on my mundane life starting from Sunday. I'll continue for a week before the start of Ramadhan. ^^
A packed lunch bought from a Supermarket.

Despite the generous chicken portion, I guess I still need rice. No fun having lunch without rice. I have very Asian/Melayu tummy. LOL

Then, for pre-dinner drink, something juicy and refreshing from Juiceworks. ^^
One Lychee Cooler and one Water Works using a buy one free one voucher that I got in one of my race kits.

The haze is back. Don't forget to hydrate! hydrate! hydrate!

Instead of sharing a K-Pop youtube video today, let's enjoy a local act's song :

This was the one song that kept playing in my head and pushed me along to run happy during last month's Cyberjaya Night Half Marathon.

I might not have an MP3 player with me or have earphone stuck into my ears but there are always song in my head when I run. Depending on my mood, it can be a happy, upbeat song or sometimes a melancholic song if I wasn't feeling good that day.

Enjoy! ^^
