Sunday Date, Out For Dinner

I had a hankering for satay last night and off we went to Presint 17's Taman Warisan Pertanian food court to enjoy some Haji Samuri Kajang satay.
No fancy/exotic meat that night. Just beef. 15 sticks each of us. ^^

The other stalls had finally re-opened after months of "upgrading" and had some Sup Tulang too.
And for drinks/desserts, leng chee kang. Mau kasi cool badan mah. hihihi
A nice dinner with the family. Had earlier though of going for some coffee after dinner but was too full afterwards.

Burp.

Anyone looking for this food court, it's just a stone's throw away from Alamanda mall.

    1. but i would like to comment that most of the len chee kang sold now are not authentic ones, authentic ones using very traditional ingredients in the soup are hardly find.. there was no colorful jellies, no colorful sago etc but things like dried persimmon slices, beans etc.. and the soup itself, is not something like air mata kucing, but plain sugar water..

    3. So how many days are you indulging in makan bak chang? :)

The leng chee kang, at least the one I had, had no colourful jellies la. All fungus, red dates, kacang and stuff only.

  7. What a delicious family makan outing you had. Look at your handsome boy slurping the icy dessert! Yummy!

So you ate Satay Kajang in Putrajaya. I am wondering what makes a satay to be called Kajang styled?? Many sellers are using this label too.
