Training While Fasting?

I thought of going for a run before buka puasa yesterday but as luck would have it; it rained yesterday.  I don't really mind rain but I'll avoid going outdoors when there's thunder & lightning involved!
Trying to fit a run before buka puasa on weekdays needs a bit of juggling, time wise since I work.

It's much easier to fit in a run before buka puasa on the weekends and I did that last Sunday.

I was actually surprised that I could hold a tempo pace and even threw in some hill repeats! Did 30min tempo run and 30min hills (the one in the photo) plus 30min walk. All in all, not bad.

I'll try do them again this weekend!

Happy Ramadhan!

    1. That's why best for me to finish before buka puasa. Then can drink already.

I usually don't look for a drink while running up to 10K anyway. But of course must hydrate after! :-)

  3. ah, a run before buka puasa?? hmmm, so that would be like 4-5am in the morning?? definitely something tough for me to achieve, but for Lina the very determined person, surely no problem, the only hindrance for her would be the weather..

    4. Hahaha poor sk got confused.

I'm not determined la. Do also depend on mood. But I want to make it a habit of not giving excuses just because puasa mah.

I hate waking up early. I don't think I can run at night too because I'll sleep way late so the only option is b4 buka puasa...v;-)
