Ran out Of Gas!
I was in the middle of cooking yesterday when the cooking gas ran out on me. Don't you just hate when that happens? Sometimes I think it sure is nice to have the gas piped to my home on demand instead of relying to the "Tong Gas" even though I do have to pay a minimum amount each month if I don't use it.Luckily for us, the neighborhood sundry shop a.ka. kedai runcit sent us a new "Tong" almost immediately. Otherwise, it's Domino's pizza for lunch or packed food from the Mamak stall! LOL
Yes. I just hate that.... when I'm cooking mid-way and there's no more gas.

To solve this problem, maybe you can keep a spare. So every time one gas tong runs out of gas, you can have it replaced while using the spare tong : )

I know, I know. Better to have spare but since I only cook on weekends, and one tong last more than 6 months, I don't want the spare tong to be left idle for too long. :D

got, certain high end condos like Hampshire Place and even my sis's apt (at Kerinchi) have them.
I don't cook at home so I don't encounter this problem. Yeah, it's a hassle when you suddenly run out of gas!
