  2. I love the essence of SCKLM 2013... It is still haven't fully sunk in yet.. The selfless volunteers, marshalls, abang2 n akak2 polis n DBKL, Kak June & her FMV shop crews, Le Sabuns booth crew. Those people were willing to be grilled in the hot crazy super Sunny day for us runners. My utmost gratitude for them...

Thanks to you and Abg Zaini for taking my pics too... Lavits!
All those pics above truly captured the essence of SCKLM 2013. After all we did run for a reason... =D

    1. I'd put more but decided against it.

A run (marathon or shorter distances) is where one can see people merging together regardless of status, race, religion or age. Don't you agree? :-)

    2. I am always impressed with veteran runners more than young ones cos they proved to me that their age is just number and their otot still kuat & boleh!!!!

    3. Some people makes the mistake of thinking only younger runners are fast but in actual fact veteran runners can smoke those young ones anytime. They have the advantage of experience :-)
