Bright Eyes. Shiny Eyes. Banish Tired Eyes.

"You look tired"

That's what I would always hear the shampoo girl remarked whenever I went to the hairdresser. Ah well... I have tired looking eyes and it makes me look tired.

Even got a guy remarked that I look tired, the first time we met during a group get-together. Imagine. A guy you met for the first time, shook your hand and said "wah. You look tired". *cries*

Sendiri punya salah la. Let's see. Let's do a checklist shall we?
Do I
  1. Stare long hours at the computer screen?
  2. Frequently using and staring (again) at smartphone?
  3. Exposed to strong UV lights?
  4. Sleep late?
  5. Have poor eyesight?
YES! Oh gawd...

No wonder I'm almost blind without my spectacles already! @.@

I'm overstraining my eyes. My poor, poor eyes.

Am certainly not getting young anymore. Certainly body not as easily recovering as when I was younger. If you noticed, I've started taking more supplements and health products, other than try to keep active more now.

I have friends just a year older than me undergoing eye surgery and it gotten me worried. Must find ways to make sure my eyes get healthy and at the moment, I'm trying out Berry Bright.
I did a look-see look-see of the product at Berry Bright's website. Can order online too. Go like BerryBright's Facebook page for updates. I got myself some to try also.

The drink is made from Cassis berry extract; which is also known as blackcurrant (hey! I drink a blackcurrant drink after my run too, you know. Ribena. heh heh) and it contains unique anthocyanins (D3R, C3R, D3G, C3G) that are only found in cassis berries and are clinically proven to protect eyesight, improve vision and prevent eye diseases.

I read that as Berry Bright is high in antioxidants, it can protect our eyes

from free radical damage;
reduce eye fatigue and relieves symptoms like dryness, irritation, pain and blurred vision;
reduce dark circles and improves blood circulation around the eyes;
prevent eye diseases, delaying the onset of presbyopia;
and improve night vision, short-sightedness and light sensitivity.

Adui. I'm feeling so old... almost all the symptoms I encounter already. Wuuuwuuuwuuu

One glass in the morning.
One glass at night.
For my eyes to be bright.
Shiny and alert!

Man, I'm awful at writing poem, I tell you. Bwahaha
A glass of lukewarm water
Pour sachet and stir
Drink up twice a day, make sure you are regular
For your eyes to be bright and clear.

*another feeble attempt at rhyming*
Tastes pretty decent too. Smell marvelous some more. So, it's not gonna be hard to drink this. PROMISE!

Berry Bright will have a booth at the 10th International Health Fair 2013, in Mid Valley Exhibition Centre from Dec 20th - 22nd. I'll drop by and check them out. Wanna hang out there? Come la. ^^ We go study about the products and get to know more about our eyes' health.

Jom?

By the way, Berry Bright is generous enough to give 20 sachets of Berry Bright to 10 readers of this blog. So each of you get to try 2 sachets each.

Selection will be based by commenting. So easy.  I'll choose randomly from there. Try Berry Bright yourself!

Oh yeah, apart from Berry Bright giving 10 of you some samples, I thought I'd give some from my end too. It's a surprise. But suitable for ladies. And maybe divas at heart. But sample size only la. Wait till I get big sponsor to give grand giveaway, OK? ;-)

Over the years I took lots of Beta Carotene supplements beside Pilberry which could make my eyesight sharper in 5 mins. That showed how tired my eyes lah from blogging! Muahahahaha

    7. I heard that Lasik is only suitable for certain people whether high or less power eyesight. My sister's friend had her surgery done in KL and could even drive back to JB in the evening with crystal clear eyes.
      So my bimbo sis went to do her Lasik and she was blurr like sotong for 2 months! She went shopping after 1 month and realised she could not see the colour & pattern of the shoes she was buying. So scary.

    8. mine too high to do lasik. even if do lasik still have to wear spec :(

That one really helped to reduce my power a bit as those tiny holes actually force our sagging eye muscles to align again. Some testimonials claimed full & complete recovery but I always forgot to wear them. How to find 30 mins each day to pakai and tengok padang rumput?? Where got padang rumput in my office except Ah Boy's Blog background with green clover leaves! Wakakakaka
