Training For A Marathon - Tips From SCKLM

Training will still go on for me albeit at a lesser intensity if I run before breaking fast.  Probably lesser distance if I run late nights.

  4. Oh... fastinh month is just around the corner and I guess you are experienced (plus committed) enough to continue your training plan as usual ;)

    For me, I think the haze and working trips are more destructive to my training plan :(
