Tuesday Randomness

We are down to our last mooncake. No more super sweet snack after this and will have to wait to enjoy them again next year. Of all the mooncakes we got to enjoy, I still prefer the traditional types more than the new ones. Didn't care much for the red ruby mooncakes or the cheese ones either. Bring forth the mixed nuts mooncakes to me! ;p
A budding blogger in the making? Like mother like son! LOL
The two boys enjoyed watching this movie yesterday. I didn't tag along because I wanted to catch-up on my reading. I ended up getting a few posts ready for my other blog and didn't do much reading. xD

Need to catch up on some running too. Been laying low for the past few days as my plantar fasciitis acted up big time. *blergh* I so badly need a run to clear my head. Hope I can, tomorrow.

    You cried so much just yesterday and you seems to be in good spirits today. I am sure your grandma wishes to see you happy again.
    What is wrong with my blogs? Someone asked me about the long delay. Well, I have only posted 200+ in 4 years!! That is my speed and mood. I prefer to read and comments while my blogs will grow cob webs! Kakakakakakaka

    Oh, it's a foot ligament thing. It's also called "policeman's foot". It sounds very painful. Does this mean no high heels either?

      I didn't check; just assumed it's because Mr Plod (I assume you read Enid Blyton's Noddy as a child?) walks so much! Well, except in Tokyo, where he cycles a lot. ;)

      Enid Blyton is one of the reasons, if not the main one, why I became addicted to books. The Famous Five, The Secret Seven, Malory Towers, Mistletoe Farm, St. Clare's ...

      Oh my fellow jungle woman... Me too! I started with Bom, the little toy drummer, then move on to Famous Five (I absolutely wanted to be just like George!), Secret Seven (we had a group set up and pretend we were just like them and went sleuthing), Malory Tower St Clare's.

      Do you know that I used to save, beg and steal to buy Enid Blyton's books? I had a mean collection of them by the time I was 12 and I never asked my parents to buy them for me.

      I am forever grateful to my primary school - the Methodist Girls' School; for stocking up those books (they were old and I think I was the only one who read them).

      p.s. I used to read Noddy to Raimie when I was pregnant with him.

      Sadly, he thinks Enid Blyton is too sissy for him now. :(

      Nike Run KL will be held this coming SAT, still lacking of mileage n training, 3days already not running, felt sooo lemau already n getting fatter..

      eat all the expensive ones first (eg: the chocolate mooncake from mandarin oriental) and left those cheaps one for last~~ :D

      i actually prefer the snow skin than the baked skin.. but of course the traditional lotus paste is the best, for me minus the egg yolk lah..

    I still have 1 mooncake - tiramisu, yummy! I like coffee-infused food, toffee, tiramisu, mocha, etc.... couldn't care less the name, I just know them by their generic name: COFFEE!
