My Thursday Was

My My My

How time flies. We're almost to the weekend already!
My current favourite breakfast.

And snacks.

Mixed nuts for me. I buy them individually and mix them. No added salt, sugar or whatever. Just as is. Love them this way. I eat this much for breakfast before doing my looooong morning runs too. ^^

I like crisps or potato chips and junk food plus cookies but I rarely take them. Some people skip meals and eat biscuits, erroneously thinking that it'll help them lose weight but really, if one wants to lose weight, please avoid too much processed food. Plain biscuits aren't that plain if you read the ingredients! Better eat fruits lah...
Thursday shoes was a conservative black pumps. Simple and understated. ^^
Dinner was Korean food. Bulgogi this time. Yummy!

Friday will be the last series of simple, no-brainer, random posts. Then I'll probably start the daily Ramadhan posts like I did last year.
