It was in 2019 when we were first introduced to Harley's Burgers and Roasters which is located at Third Avenue in Cyberjaya. We love both the food and coffee served there.
We last visited the cafe in late September this year, and haven't been there since CMCO was enforced on October 14th. With the movement control order now being rather relaxed and us KLites and Selangorians are finally able to cross districts and states again, we made a beeline to the café over the weekend.
With two of our friends, we decided to try out their selection of coffee. Of course it's more fun to drink coffee with great company, right? And we wanted to introduce our friends to the specialty coffees available at Harley's.
It was a fun and informative session as Farid walked us through the different coffee beans offered at the outlet and made us more appreciative of the coffee we're enjoying.
There is no coffee snobs there, as Farid (the dude in the video) patiently explained to us about the many different options of coffee beans available.
We ended up trying and tasting three(!) different coffee beans with three different brewing style. As I said, it's more fun when one is with great company who is game to try new things.
First up, we tried the Ywangan beans from Myanmar and enjoyed a pour over style. It has a sweet and nutty flavour that made it easy to drink.
Then, we went upscale by choosing Luwak (Arabica) beans from Indonesia.
Upscale lah, as it cost almost four times the other coffee beans offered at the outlet! Such decadence didn't disappoint though.
And lastly, we tried the Nitro brew. Nitro brew coffee is quite trending nowadays, it seems.
We happen to see the nitro keg on the counter and of course wanted to see how it works and how it taste too!
Oh yes, Harley's Burgers and Roaster serves yummy food too and before we went on our coffee binge, we had a nice 2x2 burger for brunch first.
We ordered a combo and our combo comes with the burger, choice of fries or coleslaw and choice of drinks.
