New Hair For The Vacation

On the eve of Hari Raya, I spent a few hours getting my hair done. I cut it shorter and although it is still straight, it look much softer than my previous hairstyle.

Do you change hairstyle shortly before your vacation?

Doing it so soon before a vacation can be risky. Imagine your hairstyle turning out not exactly like you wanted it and you are stuck with a bad hair in all your vacation photos!

Lucky for me, I love my new hair. :)

  7. @Willie,
If I wear tudung, I wouldn't be posting my photos without wearing them, would I? ;)

  11. I don't cut my hair before a vacation. I've been keeping my hair long for several years and can't bear to cut it short. :P

  14. It's a risk getting new hair before a vacation but if it works out like yours did you'll be very happy looking at pictures later :)

  15. @jellybelly,
if it works out OK, then it's all good.

One thing I will not do if I go for a seaside vacation : chemical treatment for my hair. :D

  16. While I like long hair, I always have my hair cut before a vacation so that it is easy to take care of. I however never have it done right before. I usually have it done a couple of weeks before so that if it turns out to be something I don't like, it will grow back a little before I leave.

  17. @Poetic Shutterbug,
Yeah, doing it a few weeks earlier is better. :)

  18. I haven't had a haircut since I got pregnant! My hair is way on my lower back area now. I prefer it long so i can easily tie it to avoid being grabbed by my little grabber. I will have a big haircut when we go home next year!

  19. @Ayie,
Not even a trim? That's been awhile, eh?

Yeah, babies can be grabbers. Raimie was one too. ;)

He was actually sad when I first cut my hair short because he loves to play with my hair. :)
