Twelfth Day of Ramadan : A Change of Pace
So it's the fasting month.
Then, the Sabun night run on Sunday.
Stay safe while running! :-)
So some of us still need to train as there are races, marathons and ultra marathons waiting for us come August, September and till the end of year.
Life doesn't stop during Ramadan.
It goes on, with a little bit of adjusting.
No morning runs, we made do with night runs. Late night runs in Putrajaya with a couple of running groups, after the Terawih prayers.
Happy to say, Putrajaya is alive with people enjoying healthy activities. ^^

Deleteyeah, life still goes on no matter what.. it's just up to us to make necessary adjustments.. and i always think not too much of so-called intended adjustments but naturally how things flow..
ReplyDeleteAgree with you SK.
DeleteBut of course, when we want to do something or want to make something happen, it is up to us to make the adjustment instead of using circumstances as an excuse. Right? :)
yes, we control the situation and not let the situation control us.. quote from Anay
DeleteAnay is a sage. :)
Deletegreat that you are still training and looking forward to the runs, mega runs and ultra runs queuing up for you.. when there are plans and goals ahead, you will always be motivated..
ReplyDeleteTraining needs to go on. Otherwise I become lazy and heavy! LOL

DeleteHi Azim.
Insya Allah jumpa satu hari. ^^
Is it cooler at night, or is it like Tokyo: just hothothot non-stop?
ReplyDeleteI sat next to Egyptians on the train today. I know they were Egyptian because they were joking about it (in English) with their Japanese companions. They also said not eating is OK, but not drinking water in Tokyo's heat is tough.
Depends on our luck. I'd say that most nights are OK for me but most people I know can't sleep without their ac blasted on. I don't own one, by the way. :-D
ReplyDeleteHow cold us Egypt if Egyptians complain about Tokyo's heat. I seem to have serious misconception about Egypt now. O_O
