Two Beef, Two Lambs Please
That's how we start our dinner at Suki-ya. We start by ordering two beef, two lamb. Three green tea.
The beef were mostly for Mommy while the Boys ate mostly lamb.
Three more top-ups of two beef, two lambs; then scaled down to one beef one lamb twice and we were almost done. How many plates of meat were that? Crazy meat eaters we are. Heh heh
Four servings each of ice cream for Mommy and Daddy while the boy had only two servings and we were done. Minutes before the restaurant closes for the day.
Burp.
Should we go again soon? ^^
Beef and lamb ar? Hmm, I don't eat both, so I'll just order chicken or fish, haha xD
ReplyDeleteI think you are limited to just chicken then. Don't think they serve fish fillets.
DeleteOr do they? :-P
They serve very fresh chicken but no fishes. I had never seen chicken meat been sliced so thin like paper!
DeleteEverything also they slice thinner than tissue paper! :-P
DeleteI think they used electric knife to slice so thin which makes it nice to chew la.
Deletethick also not nice for the shabu shabu right? :-D
DeleteIt's the same Sukiya as the chain in Japan? Doesn't look like it, based on your photos, and our Sukiya doesn't do lamb as far as I know.
ReplyDeletehttp://www.sukiya.jp/
I still prefer chocolate, thankyouverymuch. :D
Nope.
DeleteHere its a cheap shabu-Dhabi joint.
I don't mind chocolates myself too. Thank you very much. :-D
You back to normalcy?
Chubby fingers!
DeleteI mean shabu-shabu not shabu-Dhabi. :P
Oh this Sukiya is Anay's favourite hangout now. Been there thrice at 1-Mont Kiara and it's not cheap but the small variety if my favourite choices. I always ate many cups of their good Ice Cream and even the cheap Sushi is nice.
ReplyDeleteI not like Anay. Sukiya operates at posh areas not the kampung I stayed in so I cannot always go there.
DeleteBut for RM39.80, its good value la... Can makan a whole lot of meat. :-D
Aiyeeer Mak Glemer perli Anay dei!!!
DeleteOne thing very weird about that place was that they have time fixed for every customer to dine there like 2 hours and they will throw you out!!! Anay borak banyak, sure kena halau keluar lah!! Wakakakaka
yalah... Max 2 hours only.
DeleteIf don't put, I sure cannot enter ncos Anay don't want to budge. Lol
How to untung? :-P
Muahahahahahaa....Aiyo!!! Wipe my tears!!! Letchumy also said same thing like you. Adoi Adoi!! i must tune my volume!!
DeleteWhich outlet did Mak Glemer dine at ?? They are opening more outlets now - Uptown soon!
ReplyDeleteI went to 1Mont Kiara, after you told us there's Adidas sale there. :-)
DeleteI only bought gym T-shirt and banyak running socks! I still prefer to buy shoes at Why Pay More? Almost all my shoes came from there. Where to find good pairs of Nike or Adidas below RM100? Of course they usually have 4-10 pairs left stocks. If they have only 1 pair for sale, usually it was my size! Heee hee heee
DeleteI bought my shoes (the exact same model as the one I'm currently using) at 60% off. Good value bcos not easy to find that shoe. ;-)
DeleteWah!!! You really got fantastic deal la - 60% OFF!!! best nia.
DeleteI'll post about the shoes soon. Hihihi
DeleteWow! after all the feasting i bet you have to run many rounds to burn those calories. hehe.
ReplyDeleteI would go for lambs while hubby goes for beef.
This is great food for post workout. You need protein after a hard workout :-)
DeleteBoth are my favourite too n I think u should ho there again if the food is superb.
ReplyDeleteThe food is standard all-you-can-eat shabu shabu fare.
DeleteJust that, I feel it's worth the RM we pay for it. ;-)
I love the presentation of the food.
ReplyDeleteWillie,
DeleteIt's steamboat Japanese way. ^^
Wow, never been to 1Mont Kiara before, must try out this Sukiya thingy. Another option to indulge the Japanese steamboat/buffet... I think I'll drag Rashid here for carbo/protein loading soon... LOL
ReplyDeletepegi yg kat Pavillion la. Banyak sikit benda nak shopping. ;-)
DeleteIni meals bagus for recovery ni... Protein. Minimal carbs there :-P
