Kuala Lumpur, 5 December 2019: - Malaysia’s largest fitness chain, Celebrity Fitness announced the opening of its 24th club located at Fahrenheit88 in an exclusive preview party today. With an aim to bring fun in fitness to the heart of Kuala Lumpur, city dwellers can soak in the breath-taking vista of Kuala Lumpur and stay in the zone with the club’s fresh and inspiring environment.

In conjunction with this launch, Celebrity Fitness introduced a new campaign message; Dare To Be Bold. Anusha Segaren, Head of Marketing for Malaysia explains “Dare to Be is a rallying cry to all fitness enthusiasts to build up confidence to take up any challenge, and to embrace the freedom to be bold and fearless.”

“To further celebrate the unity between fitness and street culture, we embarked on a unique collaboration with homegrown creative talents from Raffles College of Higher Education and local street art hero, Mr. Kenji Chai. We wanted to explore their interpretation of the brand to appeal to a young and urban demographic.”

Sneak preview: Celebrity Fitness’s Athleisure Collection “Fearless Together” is a collection in collaboration with students of Raffles College of Higher Education. This three-month project saw six teams pitching their ideas and proposals, with the winning team showcasing their fashion line at the club preview party.

Inspired by Celebrity Fitness’ fun, edgy and sensational brand characteristics, the Fearless Together collection caters for men and women who dare to be bold and fearless with their style. The collection will be launched in 2020 and will be retailing at selected Celebrity Fitness’ clubs and website.

Kenji Chai x Celebrity Fitness celebrates the art of street style Recognising the diverse and rich heritage of Kuala Lumpur, Celebrity Fitness collaborated with renowned home-grown graffiti artist, Kenji Chai to create a feature wall, featuring “Chaigo” a bright turquoise dog, symbolising persistence.

The presence of the mural is set to energise the club’s look and feel and inspire members to realize, they are capable of anything they put their mind to, whether in fitness or in life.

The Fahrenheit88 club will officially open their doors on 6 December 2019. Members can get a taste of fun in fitness by experiencing a variety of Celebrity Fitness’ signature programmes such as Dance N’ Attitude, Fast Fit, Floating Yoga or Playground, all available at the club.

They can also choose to take up personal training with their favourite Starmaker of choice. The Celebrity Fitness Fahrenheit88 Exclusive Preview Party was made possible with the support of valued partners, Beaute Library, Lab Series, Miko Galere, Sante, Wild Kombucha and Wolo Hotel.
