Fun With Hot Air Balloons

A few photos I nicked from my Sis' facebook album. Raimie went along with his aunts to view hot air balloons at the 2nd Putrajaya International Hot Air Balloon show that ran from Mar 18 - Mar 21. He certainly had a blast with his aunts, uncle and cousin Kimi!

Thanks Sis for giving Raimie a good time.

  6. @ECL,
A ride on the balloon was expensive. Cheaper option at the show was to just go up and down for a mere RM10.00.

  7. @Ayie,
No he didn't. His aunts didn't want to get on the balloons. ;)
He wanted to, and kept asking us to bring him there.

  9. @Nick,
I think it wasn't all that heavily promoted. I got to know because of an article in the Star an because one of my sis works in Putrajaya.
Putrajaya has a lot of events but most times we only got to know about the event when we decided to have a drive around the area and not through the media.

  17. Wow! That sounds like fun. You didn't join them? Such events need more publicity and more often, eh?

  18. @Life Ramblings,
Wow! RM600! How long is the ride?

  19. @Mei Teng,
I wasn't - I was recovering from a fever but Raimie went with his aunts.

  20. @HappySurfer,
They really need to amp up on the promotion next year. It's a pity if such a great event is not widely known by the public.
