Two Packed Lunches

If I had my lunch to-go a.k.a "bungkus/tapau"
this is what it would look like if it's in KL
and this, in Japan.

I love them both! Both are delicious! :)

    1. I eat chocolate when I'm PMSing. xD. Which by the way is now! LOL

The lunch in the first photo? A kind of salad made with wild fern, shallots and coconuts called a kerabu, dried anchovies cooked with red chilli paste and with stinky bean (Petai in Malay which is the green bean you see in the mix) and fried potato. Starchy indeed! LOL

    2. Kerabu sounds delicious! Stinky beans sound ... Ah well. It can't be worse than natto?!

Good luck with the PMSing. Or is Zaini the one who needs a "ganbatte" wish? ;)

    3. Stinky beans is delicious! The problem is your mouth and urine smell after you eat those beans. By the way, I love natto too. ;)

That is why it was Zaini who suggested we drove over to a nearby Lake Garden this morning so that I can release any pent-up energy; by running for two hours! LOL

But I only eat lunch when/if I plan to do my run later that night. Otherwise, I eat fruit.

  6. My lunch consists of the same dish each and every day at the mamak downstairs which is chicken, eggs and veggie :D I used to bring my own food from home, but malas to prepare oredi ... hahaha!

    1. What? Malas bring home-cooked food already! Aiseh!

I am guilty of enjoying Mamak curry for dinner too much. And cause havoc to tummy when I want to run. But cannot live without curry for more than 3 days. LOL

    1. You should try everything in Japan. Meals-on-the-go, meals at train station, meals at nice place, meals where Japanese go, meals bought at depachika, meals from konbini... the works. xD

    2. Yes, I should! I really should! I mean I should be in Japan first! Ahehehe
