    Happy Workers' Day to you. No longer celebrating it since I am not longer working. But like everyone else, I love holidays. Times spent with family and loved one.

    LABOR DAY.. errr, as long as it's holiday, i don't actually bother what day it is, hehe!!

    Labour Day is celebrated on different days in Australia, and to jazz it up even more, it is different day in different state. In Victoria where I am in now, it is in March.
    It is said that it was previously called Eight Hours Day. Previously workers were required to work long hours each week. A British socialist believed that one should have 8 hours to work, 8 hours for recreation and 8 hours to sleep.
    Labour Day is celebrated at different times across Australia because each state achieved the 8-hour day on different dates.

    P/S: I just booked tickets to Japan in November! Am excited about it now ^^
