Udon For Dinner

Despite Ori-Udon being opened for many months already at The Gardens Mall, we only made our first visit there last night, for dinner for two. Me & Son.

Not exactly sure why the hesitancy because the food that we ordered were quite nice. I was actually regretting for being miserly as I only ordered two bowls of udon.

Well, next time I'll make sure we order the set and get side dishes with green tea too, which is priced quite reasonably from RM9.90 - RM26.90.
The staff were attentive and efficient. That I like. Menu was big and easy to understand too. Hihihi
Son happy with his choice.
His niku udon with chicken, filled with a broth of gingerly goodness. If you hate ginger, the broth would be a challenge for you. ;-)
Mommy had mentaiko udon. The egg yolk made the broth creamy and the mentaiko made it just nicely creamily salty (whatever that means).

Both are priced at RM8.90 if ordered ala-carte which what we did. The set as I mentioned earlier are a bargain.

Next time, we'll order a whole lot more because I'll definitely make a return visit here. :)

A quick dinner  then off we went to the nearby Lego shop. Son wanted to check on the price of some merchandise there. Not buying yet as he needs to save up money for them first!
