Sweet Indulgence At Manhattan Fish Market

Three desserts we got to enjoy FOC over lunch earlier today at Manhattan Fish Market, because a new staff there somehow managed to accidentally drop seven glasses of sweet drinks over a friend at our table.

No, we didn't scream at the staff. No point anyway. After all, the staff did apologise.

No need to be such a hag over accidents unless nobody apologise. My friend got a tad wet and sticky but not drenched, luckily. 

And getting the sizzling brownie with ice cream (a must try), icy hot fish bananas (it look better on the menu than in real life) and sizzling banana fritters with ice cream was nice.

    OMG!!! managed to accidentally drop seven glasses of sweet drinks??

    well, since this is still CNY, you may want to treat this as an auspicious sign..

    your friend will be having lots of sweet happenings throughout the year!!

    now, those desserts are indeed interesting especially that "icy hot fish bananas".. apa tu??

    but i kind of wonder what is going to happen to the new staff??

    lectured by the manager and also got to foot the bill on these three sweet desserts you were enjoying over lunch??

      Hot fish banana is banana fritters shaped like fish cake. LOL

      Yeah, we wondered whether the new staff had to foot the bill. Kesian oso.
      But at least she didn't get a nasty customer who screamed her heads off that day.

    I used to eat at the Singapore's fish Manhattan but never tried in Malaysia. Love their set menus during lunch.

    Oh gosh. Worse nightmare of dining in wet outfit. I would not enjoy myself after that.

    Glad you guys got free desserts. It has been ages since I dine in Manhattan Fish.

    Yes, at least they apologised.. and compensated as well.. one time my fren got poured with hot soup on her lap, they paid for the doctor's bill...

    Tell me quick, which outlet? I don't mind getting drenched for the free desserts!! I used to frequent their outlets but their portions were always too generous until my waistline expanded.

    I had a bowl of hot soup dropped on me once. The waitress apologised and brought me to the washroom to clean up. I had to buy a set of new clothes. Was offered a S$7 free soup, I never went back to the restaurant again.
