Thai Food Times 2

My "lovely" friends who went to run in the The North Face 100 in Thailand last Saturday had so kindly tagged me in their photos when they were there. Lovely, aren't they? Especially since a few of them knew I had so badly wanted to do the race and suffer alongside them too! LOL

Anyways, their photos of the trip (and what they ate) sure made me crave for some Thai food so on Friday, the family and I went to Amarin.
I wanted to eat steam fish actually but since son didn't want to eat rice and opted for the dip dishes instead (tempura style veges and fish fillets); Hubby and I opted to just enjoy stir-fried prawns with petai and prawn mango salad and finished the meal off with water chesnut iced coconut (red ruby lah...)

It didn't satiate my cravings for Thai food so on Sunday, another trip for more Thai food but this time at a roadside makan place instead.
This time I got my steamed fish (siakap) and we ordered some tomyam soup and stir-fried kailans. For RM46.80, it sure hit the spot.

Burp.

  6. As I love to eat spicy Thai dishes often and they are not cheap, so I often ate at the Rimbun's reaturant which serve nice spicy ulams and similar dishes.
I think I have eaten only 3 times at Amarin.

    1. They didn't tag me because of the food though.

They tagged me because I wanted to join them for the 50K race. LOL
