Ready For The Weekend - Route 68 Challenge

Some serious "carbo loading" done on Friday for dinner.

AAnd yes, I managed to sapu clean all that rice. Hahaha
Plus packing for Sunday run.

Almost all ready for our 50K run at Route 68 Challenge on Sunday where we 50K runners will run from Dewan Serbaguna Komuniti Orang Asli at KM24 Gombak all the way to the area near Genting Sempah's McD (R&R) before making our u-turn and finish the second 25K back to the start/finish line. 

68K category runners will continue on until they reah KM37+ at Bentong Hotspring before making their u-turn.

For runners, don't forget ALL your mandatory kit.

  • Hydration bag/belt/bottle min 500ml capacity 
  • Headlamp 
  • Reflective vest 
  • Blinker 
  • Mobile phone 
Make sure the headlamp, blinker and phone works yeah? And of course, your canngih running watch too. Remember to charge them and if need to, ensure there's enough memory for your run on Sunday!

  6. I am missing my nasi lemak, my sambal belacan and now that im back, for awhile only im going to eat what i have been craving.       Those running in 68K, ran until Bentong Hor Spring.
