Farewell, Dear Friend
A dear friend and colleague left us this morning. She passed away after battling lung cancer since late last year.
She always stayed cheerful and strong despite the pain she was experiencing. The cancer and the chemotherapies she did sapped away her strength and health rapidly but she maintained her positiveness till the very end.
In happier times:
She's the one in maroon here in our old department photo.
Together on a trip to Japan in 2010. Here, with a blogging friend living in Yokohama at the time. ^^
Al Fatihah.
