Look Down!

Remember ths photo? I posted this over at my post-run Standard Chartered Fun Run last week. That fun in the sun (and almost die) run. ^^

Posting it again because of a comment hubby made.

This photo was taken after flag-off and you notice how almost everyone had their left arm up to chest level and looked down? Hubby said it was a sign of "pelari tegar" a.k.a hardcore runners. Ahahah... except me of course. kekeke

And yup, a normal scene for runners with their Garmin, Timex, Suunto, Polar, Nike or whatever gadgets they have.

    BTW I can't run SCKLM :(. Injured la pulak.

    2. Selama-lama I bersukan (hehe..well, since zaman sekolah la), tak pernah 'cedera' macam ni. I blogged about it recently. Supposed to do at least another 3 sessions of physio. Nak bagi baikkkk betul2 :)

      stamina can be build up. Little by little. Itu spare tyre also can be gone little by little. ^^
