Look Down!
Remember ths photo? I posted this over at my post-run Standard Chartered Fun Run last week. That fun in the sun (and almost die) run. ^^
Posting it again because of a comment hubby made.
This photo was taken after flag-off and you notice how almost everyone had their left arm up to chest level and looked down? Hubby said it was a sign of "pelari tegar" a.k.a hardcore runners. Ahahah... except me of course. kekeke
And yup, a normal scene for runners with their Garmin, Timex, Suunto, Polar, Nike or whatever gadgets they have.
i didn't notice that because when you posted this photo i was concentrating to spot you..
ReplyDeletewah!! i am the first commenter?? hey, this is already past 9:30am.. where is everyone??
ReplyDeletebut when you mentioned "everyone had their left arm up to chest level and looked down".. i know what they are doing, haha~~
ReplyDeletebut you were doing the same thing right?? why did you say "except me"??
ReplyDeleteYalor, you looked down too, but not to "tu-tu" your watch?
DeleteExcept me, as in I'm not a hardcore runner lah...
DeleteMy watch also cikai one. No GPS.;p
Hahahaa..."ready to press your gadgets" gitu. Kat finish line pun macam tu agaknya :)
ReplyDeleteBTW I can't run SCKLM :(. Injured la pulak.
Yelah. Sekarang ni I remind myself to not immediately press the watch upon arriving the finish line. X cantek photo gitu. muekeke
DeleteOh dear. Hope you get better soon! Serious ke?
Selama-lama I bersukan (hehe..well, since zaman sekolah la), tak pernah 'cedera' macam ni. I blogged about it recently. Supposed to do at least another 3 sessions of physio. Nak bagi baikkkk betul2 :)
DeleteOh... if you didn't mention, I didn't realize :p
ReplyDeleteMaklumlah, I bukan hard-core runner.
