Love this comic strip, I do. Ever since I was in secondary school and still do.
Son.
With his stuffed tiger, which we got for him when he was three. I think.
He's going to kill me when he see this post but hey! That's what Mommies are for. To embarass their children at times! LOL
that's a nice shot!
ReplyDeleteI love cartoons too!
DeleteThey are a great stress reliever. :)
Delete(^0^)
ReplyDeleteThat's all.
Wait, no, it wasn't all.
ReplyDeleteThat tiger should remain a member of the family for ever more. ^^
We will try and have it around till we can show the tiger to our grandkid(s) and embarrass the son even more! LOL
Deleteyeah, Calvin and Hobbes!! used to be one of those comics that i read.. i am not really into reading long comics like those Japanese manga, impatient enough to hold the book for too long.. so such comics that comes in couple of pages a chapter do me good (eg: Crayon Shinchan), best still, those simple 4-6 boxes comic strips (eg: Old Master Q)~~ :D
ReplyDeleteRemember those martial arts comics... HK mari one... I never liked that. But it was really popular. Wonder whether it's still popular now. Malay name was like "Pedang Setiawan" and such... xD
DeleteI actually HATED Crayon Shin Chan and Doraemon comics. LOL
I used to buy this rather "artsy" monthly comics... cannot remember the title. Pay a bomb for them each month. ;)
oh that cute tiger was his gift at 3 years old?? hmmm, he still keeps it well and still hugging and cuddling that tiger.. does Raimie hari hari mau itu harimau?? hahaha~~
ReplyDeleteDia hari hari mau, macam Mommy also hari hari mau! wakaka
Deletewhy Raimie wanna kill mommy?? what's wrong with that?? even Uncle SK is still hugging his Fing-Fing now, though he will never show himself doing that publicly, but just show that monyet alone to the bloggers~~ :D
ReplyDeleteAiyoh, malu to all who see lah. So not cool for a 10 y.o. to be seen with a stuffed toy what! A boy some more.
DeleteThat's what he said la. We don't care one.
This household does not care about what girls / boys can or cannot play or cannot do. :)
what a short post you have today lah.. see, my comments even add up with more words than your post!! hahahaha, maybe i am long winded kot?? :D
ReplyDeleteMix and match mah.
DeleteGet ready for a loooooong winded post on running soon! LOL
Oh your son reads your blogs too? That is nice! Luckily I always praised him, ha ha ha.....
ReplyDeleteI really love to read Calvin and Hobbes until now. I always thought I behaved and thought like Calvin when I was small, making believe in everything!
ReplyDeleteI love Calvin and Hobbes comics too. Last time, I bought a C & H t-shirt from Petaling Street. That time I studied in Uni. Muahahah!
DeleteI love it a lot. What Calvin said are always thought provoking, kan? And makes you think. :)
DeleteHave a few books of C&H but dunno where it went to.
T-shirt, no lah.
I only like to read them. ^^
During my time, all my stuffed toys could not survive past my age of 5. I think they were all poorer quality then.
ReplyDeleteOr maybe you too ganas lah... Everyday mau terkam saja! MUahaha
DeleteCB! Wakakakakaka!¬
DeleteI bought April a Pink Teddy Bear, and she too still hugs now and then.
ReplyDeleteGood.
DeleteShows that she appreciates and love it. Right? :)

ReplyDeleteAiyoh, there's a 37y.o. boy in this house that still peluk a pillow when sleeping! LOL
