No Ribs Friday
but I still got my meat fix for Friday. ^^
In soup form. Ate at Pelita Nasi Kandar. Got chicken. Got beef. Got mutton. Three kinds of meat. Plus had some naan too. Om nom nom...
SK, no other meat was consumed yesterday or today. Just to let you know. Bwahaha!!!!!

BTW i have not tried having meat like that.. meat soup with naan, somemore at that high class Bangsar place huh?? you rendam your naan inside the soup like noodles?? for me, beehoon soup would be nice, less sinful lah beehoon compare to naan~~ :DDelete

I didn't know that eating lots of meat could help your run. I thought a normal diet with lots of energy drinks would be sufficient. My wife went cycling few times with hardly any breakfast. in the end last person riding behind panting up hills.ReplyDelete

I don't take too much energy drinks. Water is good enough for the first two hours. ^^
