Meaty Saturday
Simply grilled lamb steak with homemade lemony BBQ sauce and some green with balsamic dressing and sinful fruit salad with mayo for last Saturday's dinner. Mbbbbkkkk mbbbkkkkk LOL
Beef for this Saturday. Another simple dinner with just some blanched broccoli for the sides. Don't want the main event (itu beef steak lah) to be upstaged! Furthermore, the sauce was heavy. There's Kewpie mayonaisse in that sauce! ;p Mooo mooo
Sunday will see us cooking/eating chicken briyani. I have this really pungent briyani spice I need to use ASAP. For the special occassion, we splurged on those Moghul Basmathi Rice instead of using cheapo Cap Rambutan rice. kekeke
Both look good but too bad I don't take lamb or beef. If it's chicken, I definitely want it.

eih, briyani rice sure must use basmati rice baru sedap mah.. cap rambutan rice is cheapo rice ah?? hahahaha, i seldom eat rice lah, so i tarak tahu pulak~~ :D

Lamb?! You need to be mega-rich to afford lamb in Tokyo. Just as well I'm not particularly fond of it, thought it's VERY popular in South Africa. If you want to make a Sow Effrican happy, give him barbecued lamb chops and Castle Lager beer. :D

DeleteI am cheapskate enough to get a few cuts from "reduce to clear" section. 3 cuts for RM15 instead of RM150!
So far, no food poisoning encountered on near expiring meat consumed. We have hardy tummy! ;)
