That 15min Of Fame Again
Remember I posted about my brush with fame after we were featured in two Malay language newspapers earlier?
Now, thanks to the awesome, awesome people of Standard Chartered KL Marathon, I got a chance to be on TV too. Woot! Woot!
This time, not with the family though. I was approached a week or so after the Raya holiday for a chance to be on TV with my running ladies friends who are also mommies, so I immediately called up my #krazirunners running "kaki" and got them involved. I wish I can "invite" everyone in the group to come join us!
We got to be on Bella, Unwind. For a whole hour! Imagine that! Again, thanks to Standard Chartered KL Marathon for making this happen for us. *muacks*
We talked about being healthy, running and stuff related to mommies.

It was great, great fun to be with friends who share the same passion as you do; running and talking about it and to encourage more women to do so too! Remember, the hardest thing is to start. It'll get easier after that, ladies!
Okay... I look horrendous. Can't do much about that. hehehe
I try not to steal the limelight from the others so I kinda talk slowly (in terms of voice volume) and talked little. Zaini pouted that I didn't mention about him and Son at all. Ala.... sorry! sorry! But you know I appreciate you, right dear?
With the host, Vanessa Chong. Such a gracious, lovely lady. It was great meeting her. It was great meeting all the production staff too. Thanks everyone. :-)
Zaini got a chance for a photo opp too! He sure looks "chirpy" there, doesn't he? LOL
You going for SCKLM 2013 on Sep 29th? Either running, volunteering or supporting?

I'll be running a half marathon. Hoefully, I'll finish before my son starts his 2.5K Kids' Dash. Yup, Son is running too. Hubby will be there supporting both of us. Thanks dearie!

U looked gorgeous LIVe on TV, Sis, no more thunder thighs to be seen just like in Utusan. Fuhhh... Hopefully all the running ladies will be having more glitters and glam moments in the future ;D
Eh but you did mentioned about your 11 yo son in the talkshow, right? I still remembered... Yang pasti 8 honeymoons running events Kak Suzie tetap jadi highlight hehee... =P

and yeah, i think this is indeed a very great opportunity that somebody called you up to ask you to appear in their show.. and i like it that you drag along your running kaki to have a "party" on the show instead of your own "solo", that would be more fun having so many ladies together right?? :D
