Having Fun, Out For A Run

again.

But this time, instead of running alone, it was with a whole lot of other runners, in the annual Ramadhan LSD by the Sabun Group in Putrajaya.

I only needed to do a 16K run on Saturday at a nice and slow pace of 8.20min/km and that was what I roughly did. So far, I've already done 45K for the week. Probably adding another 5-8K later this afternoon before buka puasa.

With some of the lovely ladies raking up their own weekly mileage. Strong determined runners, they are. One of the ladies didn't run but she and her hubby cycled for 70K! Wow!!!

I started my run late and missed the opportunity to be included in the group photo. Hu~

What did the boys do when I was out for a run?

The two boys spent time listening to a talk by Mufti Ismail Menk at Masjid Tuanku Mizan (aka Masjid Besi).

Then later they waited for Mommy to finish her run, which ended at around 2am and off we went for our sahur at McD in Bangi where McCafe was open for business and Mommy got her cappuccino! Yeay!
