Standard Chartered Thanks Loyal Runners
A video clip from Standard Chartered KL Marathon (SCKLM) 2014, which we got to be a part of and was shot last month.
For those who will be running in SCKLM this October, see you there! We are definitely going!
Hubby and I will be running a full marathon this year. ^^
p.s. I need to practice speaking more. Dunno why I was so nervous one. The others were so relaxed in their interviews. Ho hummm...
A video of SCKLM 2013 to get the mood started for everyone. ^^
wow, GLAMOROUS giler!! finally we got to see the Glam Family being interviewed and featured in the SCKLM video.. hmmm, Mak Glam camera shy?? okaylah just a tad little nervous and maybe bloggers tend to "talk" better in typing than through speech??
ReplyDeleteand applause for your friend who was wearing all his SCM medals on his neck!! wow, certainly a very loyal supporter~~ haha!! ^^
I think I talk better if I'm feeling more relaxed. Or with a script. Lol
DeleteNow using hp, will watch the video clip when on pc...
ReplyDeleteSure ;-)
DeleteThis promotional video is awesome.... It started with your family running... Zaini was natural too... Love to see Andrew and YKK in action... Pretty cool, yes... ;D
ReplyDelete"Come run in my hometown" :-)
DeleteWow! Whole family on video! Nice.
ReplyDeleteThanks ECL
DeleteYes. When I was contacted, they asked for my husband n son (now both run occasionally in races) to be in the video. :-)
You were a bit shy and manja cos hubby beside you la. I blame the camera man for not giving you sweets to relax sikit. Anyway I think the video was very well done in natural setting cos it wasn't a commercial ad that needs many rehearsals. Good luck to you both in doing the full marathon. I wish my legs are still strong like ox.
ReplyDeleteHahaha...
DeleteThanks Anay ;-)
Don't worry, Lina. You just need more practice. Next time rehearse depan cermin kat toilet :D
ReplyDeleteAs if I'm going to be interviewed again la, though. Hahaha
DeleteSomehow you are motivating me to participate in a marathon. Any tips for a beginner ? I guess let me run 5 km consistently first and move to 10 km , outdoors and not on treadmill.
ReplyDeleteNo need to jump in into marathon distance immediately. I did a marathon only after 1 1.2years of running and doing 10K, 15K, 21K and 25K races. ^^
DeleteYou are already running regularly. A 10K race should be a good place to start. My first race was a 10K.
JB has a 10K race by Great Eastern soon. I forgot which month. Maybe you can enter it for experience.
All the best Chris!
Anay and Letchumi has experience running in races too, by the way. He joined the Men's Health & Shape Night Run last year. :)
kewl.. so need to do well on this marathon..
ReplyDeleterun run run run....
No lah. Just need to have fun! :)
DeleteIt's really nice to have your hubby running with you. Very important for couples to share common interest :D
ReplyDeleteOr even if we don't, to encourage each other and support too. Right?
