Little Hands

The little baby of mine, who used to grip my hands ever so tightly
Whose little hand would reach out for me

For security

For assurance

For affection

For unconditional love
is getting bigger and slowly letting go.

It's bittersweet.

But inevitable.

Life goes on.

Regardless, I will always be his Mommy. I will always be there if he reach out his hands for me.

p.s. I am going to spoil the mood by putting a warning here. Please do not leave any comment telling me to have another baby. It is not appreciated. Unless of course, you are willing to bear my medical cost. Thank you very much.

  15. You should! Have another baby, that is. Gets a bit lonely, the only child - my girl would tell us that.

    1. Having a baby is not like shopping for a car STP. You should know that.

It boils down to whether you can or can't not only will or won't.

Sometimes I'm apalled at so-called alim people who thinks that having a child has nothing to do with God's will.

P.s. You know my medical to warrant this comment?

    2. lonely?? maybe it's the environment given and also how the only child is being brought up?? unless all Zaini, Lina and Raimie agreed to have another, i guess outsiders shall not give any advice, they know what's best for their family, their OWN family.. agree?? hehehe :)

    3. Am an only child too. Tarak feel lonely la. Mom was always there.

Now too many kids also susah gotta pay this pay that .parents end up working like a dog . No time to pay attention to the kids. Kids becone social problems pulak.

    4. Wah! This SK so pandai to explain dei. You will make a good papa!

STP should have 1 dozen kids then.

    5. STP may be too late dy. His daughter OTOH can always plan to give STP a lot of grandchildren. No?

    6. "Lot of grandchildren".... I pity Ah Boy. His legs willl get jelly and his pocket's hole will grows bigger.
