I didn't want to blog about this but I got no other stuff to blog about. Food comes to mind when I'm all dry of ideas!
Somehow, some way, we were approached by a PR company last week wanting to set up an interview with me and the family in a local Malay language newspaper to promote the upcoming Standard Chartered Kuala Lumpur Marathon on June 30th.
So, what the heck. Just go and soak up the experience. It's not everyday we got a chance to be interviewed.
Clowning around while waiting for the reporter and photographer to arrive, clad in SCKLM t-shirt. Free tees! LOL
Got lunch too! Mihmihmih
My tarragon roasted chicken. Small chicken but it was heavenly. Damn expensive though but still much cheaper than what I really wanted to eat - a wagyu steak. Cannot be greedy and impose too much, right? hehehe
The boys behaved marvelously and ate pasta which weren't as expensive as my chicken. We had some pizza too. Burp.
When is the interview going to be published? No idea. Kesian me. I've been told it's sometime this week. So see how lah.
What's the probability of it not published at all as the reporter deemed I was way too boring? huhuhu
They worry, I think since the reporter already spent their time to interview you, it will be publish soon!!! =]
ReplyDeleteI hope so :-D

Deletenanti i wanna ask for your "sign" (Oh My Englishhhhh!) :p
Deletehehehehe, true also lah, if you ordered the expensive wagyu beef then perhaps the reporter won't dare to interview you a second time, or at least won't belanja makan if there is a second time~~ :D
ReplyDeleteor maybe will write badly for the interview.
DeleteBut the wagyu steak sedap wor....nevermind la...own self go makan with family also can :)
slowly lah, start as a shy woman first, and when you get closer with the reporter, then only you pretend to ask if you can order the wagyu beef or not lor.. must have progressive tactics one~~ :D
ReplyDeleteRaimie acting macho in front of the camera lah, the mommy acting cute behind him.. as if they have exchanged their age, hahaha!!

When there's the first time, it could have the second interview by other PR company too.

Kalau adala TV interview (angan angan itu indah) I'm dragging all the Krazirunners too! mihmihmih.
Ops! xD
You better publish a photo (or screen shot) of that newspaper! What language is it in? Well, never mind if it's Chinese or Malay, I can look at the pictures. There ARE pictures, aren't there?!
ReplyDeleteAt this rate, I'm doubting it'll ever get published! T___T
DeleteWe took some photos, the three of us - pretending to do some running and stuff. xD
Wah! Mak Rempit is so GLAM now like a celebrity! We tumpang gembira and need your autograph when it is published okay? Deal!
ReplyDeleteif not published, how? malu saja. LOL
DeleteYou pandai makan besar and feast on ayam mahal!!!! Sure the bill peranjat the reporter and he fell off the kerusi? Wakakakakaka
ReplyDeleteHonestly from my experience with reporters who interviewed my clients over the years, it could take weeks up to months for article to come out. They collect a lot of articles and line up for accidental space to slot in unless this will be in special news coverage. Once I worked for Cambodia Times newspaper before and understood their gila schedules. Let's pray hard for it to come out this weekend!!!!!
ReplyDeletestill no article Anay. :(
DeleteCongratulations on the interview. Hahaha...got wear bunny ears and pose or not? wanna see the photo la when it comes out
ReplyDeleteno lah. wear normal clothes only. :P
