Mosquitoes Repellent, The Natural Way

The rise of dengue cases sure made me worried. With the dry spell and the onslaught of mozzies at home, it sure is not advisable to leave the window & door open.

There are a few other plants that can act as natural mosquitoes repellent :

1. Lemongrass (impossible to plant at our home. Balcony to small to even accommodate a potted plant)
2. Catnip
3. Rosemary (oooo herbs!)
4. Basil (another herbs)
5. Lavender
6. Geranium

When Small Kucing's Mommy offered to give me pots of mosquito repellent plants (which are also herbs), I accepted it gratefully.

Her generous plants... all healthy and thriving. I hope I can let it grow healthily too. *fingers crossed*

Let's hope these two plants won't die on me!

Thank you Mamarazzi!

  6. hmmm.. i also hate mosquitoes and find all ways to get rid (i mean i kill than driving them away) of them.. having plants and herbs are the repellent seem to be the "organic" way and plants indoor also help to make the house looks green and fresh..
