Dinner With The Family At Miyagi
We had something to celebrate (some good news) and we decided that it would be nice to have dinner at one of our favourite restaurant, located in Bandar Baru Bangi.
A Japanese restaurant called Miyagi.
And a coincidence that Son had wanted to eat sushi a few days earlier.
Our favourite tsukemono was served first after we made our order.
This is served complimentary as an appetizer before the main dishes arrived.
And Miyagi do make it nicely.
Hubby had seafood teppanyaki (got photo somewhere but don't want to share lah. Hahaha)
Son, who had wanted to eat sushi earlier decided to order something different.
He ordered yakiniku jyu set instead.
I know Miyagi served good kaki furai (fried oyster) so I ordered the kaki furai to sushi set.
They were perfect!
The sushi served in the set were good too.
Generous cut on top of rice.
Heaven.
Dinner ended with cut fruits and later we were served mochi with peanuts.
The mochi (or sometimes ice cream) are served complimentary after each meal to diners.
With free green tea and only 6% GST charged (no service charge), our bill only came up to RM137.80 for three.
Good service (it used to be better, ah well), generous portion, good value.
And we love the ambiance.
And we always, always seat at the same table each time we visit. Right behind the cashier! LOL
Miyagi.... reminds me of a movie
ReplyDeleteHey...from this angle of the photo, Raimie looks like 7-8 years old. Lovely smile he have there
Lol
DeleteHe look so small kah?
He's almost as tall as me now. :)
Is (some good news) something that can be shared? Must be really really good news to warrant sushi for celebration.
ReplyDeleteIt's just an excuse lah...
DeleteWe go eat at Miyagi if we have extra money. Kikiki
No selfie of your hubby, you and your son, hehe...
ReplyDeleteI don't usually do selfie anyway...
DeleteThat is a very nice celebration. Everything looks so good. I have not dine here before. Bangi is a little out of reach for us. Haha.
ReplyDeleteIt's not that far actually. Just feels like its far since its not an old town like Klang.
DeleteHahaha
My kids love Japanese food too! Good price for so much food..
ReplyDeleteYup. Good value :)
DeleteWah...nice lah...now I am craving for Japanese food :D
