Are You Ready For Standard Chartered KL Marathon?
Registration will open soon! I'm going for a full marathon this year.
Standard Chartered KL Marathon (SCKLM) 2012 was when I ran my first half-marathon. I did another half-marathon at SCKLM 2013 because I wanted to finish early and cheer for my son who was doing his 2.5K Kids Dash.

Also, there's an interesting event a month after SCKLM 2014. An ultra event in Putrajaya organised by PACat Adventure Team. We may be out-of-town during the weekend but if the plan don't pan out, we will definitey be a part of it!

Now training with 4:12 target pace already half bonked (partly because not enough sleep hence recovery rate is poor)... not sure if I will survey the BQ 3:11 target pace training....
