Kari Kepala Ikan For Buka Puasa
It's been quite some time since I last cooked fish head curry and decided early this week that I'd cook them this weekend.
Something different from the usual simpler fares we eat for buka puasa. It's been a conscious decision to just have simple buka puasa and sahur for the Ramadan month instead of indulging on an assortment of food or eat too much. Other than the weekday stop at our usual makcik for our buka puasa for Mon - Thu, we didn't venture to Pasar Ramadan.
Anyways, back to the fish head curry...
Grouper fish head bubbling away on the stove. I cooked it early at around 3pm so that it'll be nice in time for buka puasa at 7.28pm when all the spices are nicely "integrated" together.
Our feast.
And the fish head curry, just transfer the "pot" from stove to dining table. Less washing up to do. Hihi
And then, its' time to eat!
Wah! Looks so good and I love it that your kuah got the red oil floating on top. I can sure eat two plates of rice. Eh, mana resipi? hee..hee..
ReplyDeleteResipi just throw anything curry inside. LOL
