Namelaka Patisserie - Where Art Meet Desserts

Namelaka, a new patisserie has come to town and set to tantalize and excite our senses with their beautiful handcrafted creations.
When I first stepped in their outlet in Jalan Telawi 2 Bangsar, I marvelled at the clean and ultra-modern white interior and I soon realised that it's the perfect background for the burst of colours of their beautiful edible masterpieces that are served there.

Namelaka means creamy texture in Japanese and they certainly lived up to their name with their light white chocolate cream creations. No added sugar is added to their desserts and the sweetness come from the white chocolate cream and fruits inside.
For our visit, we were served with these visually stunning fruit series that consisted of Green Apple, Orange, Pear, Passion Fruit and Lemon.
Aren't they a lovely bunch?

I don't mind getting my "five portion of fruits a day" like this myself.
The Pear (RM21) dessert is made with chocolate, pear ganache montee, pear gel, and fresh pear cube.

Their Lemon (RM23) dessert is made with chocolate, lemon ganache montee, lemon gel, lemon marmalade, fresh lemon segment, and fresh mint leaf.
The Orange (RM21) dessert is made with chocolate, orange ganache montee, orange gel, orange marmalade and fresh orange segment.
Their Green Apple (RM19) dessert is made with chocolate, apple ganache montee, apple gel, fresh apple cube, and dill.
The Passion Fruit (RM23) dessert is made with chocolate, ginger ganache montee, passion fruit gel, and fresh passion fruit.
This interesting Rubic Cube desserts is priced at RM220 and have Orange, Apple, lemon, Passion Fruit & Pear flavour. Called "the party cake", it comes in 25 pieces and perfect as the centerpiece of any party!
It was hard to break each of the beautiful fruit desserts but we did it anyway and with great anticipation. We certainly wasn't disappointed as everyone was nodding and making "mmmmm mmmmm" noises as we tasted each of the fruits.

Orange has a really fresh taste and is my favourite among all. Green Apple and Pear have a rather milder taste, Lemon is quite sour but still quite refreshing and lastly, Passion Fruit has quite the zing with its rather pronounced ginger taste.
For me personally, great desserts need to come with equally great coffee and Namelaka doesn't disappoint with their drinks selection too.

I tried the cappuccino which is nice and rich in flavour.
Namelaka also serves an assortment of mocktails at RM13 per glass which is such a good value.
I have to say, the mocktails make perfect company for the visually stunning desserts and look great in real life and photos. Perfect Instagram subjects!
Namelaka Patisserie is located at No 34-1, Jalan Telawi 2, Bangsar Baru. The patisserie is located above KK Mart and directly opposite of Devi's Corner.

Be enthralled at their edible art creation that tickle all our senses.
