Our Two Little Rascals

Well, our kittens are not so little anymore.
Exactly 9 months ago, we rescued these two little kittens who were stuck in our neighbour's car undercarriage (or something). It took us awhile to get them out but we had to do it before our neighbour unwittingly started her car with the kittens still stuck.
And now, 9 months later...

Growing very, very healthily.

They both love Whiskas (one love wet food, the other dry food) and seemed to turn their nose when we tried to change the brands of their food.

Whiskas, if you're reading this, we're open for collaboration! LOL

On a serious note, a lot of times we do wish we can rescue more kittens but living in an apartment; it's really hard for us to have more pets.

We feed strays on daily basis and I'm trying to get a few of them spayed (funds is a concern lah...) but the number of strays (cats and dogs) seen in my neighborhood is worrying.

Folks, only have pets if you are really, really serious about caring for another living thing for LIFE!

Don't own a pet only to abandon them later.

And please, some out there blame those who feed strays of taking the easy way to enjoy the company of these animals by feeding strays and play with them for a little while. But we do not want to take responsibility to care for them, they say.

Please don't judge people who can't adopt e.v.er.y. s.i.n.g.l.e animal out there. If everyone is responsible, there shouldn't be any strays at all.

DO YOU KNOW HOW MANY TIMES MY SON HAS TO GO MASUK LONGKANG JUST TO RESCUE KITTENS?

    1. They sure do!
We're very careful not to let them get obese though.

    1. Thye're both cute and exasperating. Mommy cannot have a peaceful time relaxing at home. Can't even snack in peace as those two will come sniffing Mommy's face for food too. LOL

  4. Bless your son for his kind heart. I don't think there are many people who willingly masuk longkang to rescue kittens nowadays.

    1. I sure hope they do! Feeding both our cats and strays makes us buy cat food regularly! LOL

      You can't have pets?
